Job Details :

We are seeking a talented and experienced AutoCAD Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 2D and 3D models for our construction projects using AutoCAD software. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that our designs are accurate and feasible. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities :

Develop and produce detailed architectural and structural designs using AutoCAD software.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and develop design solutions.

Create and modify technical drawings and plans in accordance with project specifications.

Prepare and revise blueprints, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Use 2D modeling software to create visualizations of construction projects.

Manage and maintain all project documentation, including technical drawings, plans, and design files.

Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.

Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented accurately during construction.

Continuously update skills and knowledge of industry trends and advancements in AutoCAD software.

Qualifications :

Associates Degree or Bachelors in Engineering, Design, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting and design, preferably within the construction industry.

Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software, including 2D modeling tools.

Strong knowledge of architectural and structural drafting, blueprint reading, and technical drawing.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to visualize in 2D

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with construction methods and building codes.

A portfolio of work demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D modeling is strongly preferred.
