As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Pay Rate : $27.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Thur10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

Sat02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and / or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Supervisory experience is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
