Opportunity Information

Optigy is seeking a Locum Tenens Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join a high-performing multi-specialty physician network in Miami-Dade County. This role offers a start date in approximately 2 weeks, with a MondayFriday schedule, no call, no weekends , and the opportunity to provide high-quality GI care in a dynamic and collaborative hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care and GI consultations

Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

Ensure care aligns with evidence-based best practices

Partner with hospital leadership to maintain high-quality GI services

Requirements

MD or DO with active Florida medical license

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

DEA certification

BLS / ACLS (AHA) valid for at least 6 months

35 years of experience preferred, but not required
