Human Resources Manager

Our small manufacturing client in Mundelein, IL is seeking a temporary or temp to hire HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with processing payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. It's also a plus to have used ADP. This is the sole HR professional for the organization. The job is full-time standard hours and 100% in the office. Please apply for immediate consideration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Process bi-weekly payroll, 401k contributions, and monthly expense reports
• Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment and employee inquiries
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and HR policies
• Manage recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and terminations
• Maintain and audit employee records in ADP Workforce Now & HR Works
• Partner with the Controller on reporting, audits, and compliance needs
• Support employee communications and company culture initiatives
