Head of Program Management

A company is looking for a Head of Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a centralized Program Management Office to support development programs and corporate initiatives

Provide strategic oversight and leadership for key programs across various functions

Integrate existing program management practices into a unified framework with standardized tools and processes

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in biotech / pharma, with at least 7 years in program or portfolio management leadership roles

Advanced Degree highly preferred (PhD, MBA, or MS in Business or Scientific discipline)

Proven track record of building and scaling PMO functions in high-growth environments

Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle from discovery through commercialization

Experience with project management tools and systems (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project)
