Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PTA to join our team in Hampton, VA. As a PTA at our clinic, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain their mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.
