Responsibilities :
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility through E-Verify.
- Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee queries.
- Coordinate certified payroll processes, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support hiring procedures, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication with candidates.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to staff as needed.
- Monitor and address payroll-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in managing background checks and employment eligibility verification processes.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures and hiring workflows.
- Experience with benefits administration, including payroll and certified payroll functions.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools to streamline processes.
