Key Responsibilities
Lead onboarding and implementation processes for enterprise customers
Develop ongoing communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
Manage renewals and upsell opportunities while tracking key success metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred
Minimum 6+ years of Customer Success experience in data / software as a service
Experience in SaaS or startup environments is a plus
Proven negotiation skills for contracts, including upselling and renewals
Strong familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency in CRM software
