Base Pay Range

$145,000.00 / yr – $215,000.00 / yr

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, S‑Corps, C‑Corps, and trusts.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff and senior accountants, providing ongoing feedback and guidance.
• Conduct tax research and resolve complex issues while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering proactive communication and high‑quality service.
• Identify and implement tax‑saving strategies and planning opportunities.
• Partner with firm leadership on workflow management, quality control, and staff development.
• Stay up to date on tax law changes and best practices to ensure clients receive accurate, strategic advice.
