The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the assigned work area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the effective and efficient operation of the assigned work area.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of operations.
• Foster a culture of encouragement and motivation that supports production team members.
• Provide necessary supplies for the assigned area.
• Enforce all applicable regional and local policies and procedures.
• Encourage and support problem-solving activities.
• Maintain exceptional 5S in the assigned area.
• Achieve production attainment and efficiency within the assigned area.
• Facilitate, document, and track process training in the assigned area.Control process costs within the assigned area.
• Directly oversee grading of direct and non-standard employees in the department.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and possess the ability to perform duties utilizing current company software applications (including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and ERP system).
