Job descriptionAssisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) according to the Plan of Care Building trusting and confidential relationships with clients and their families Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the client Providing support with household tasks, personal care, and preparation of nutritious meals Assisting with therapy exercises as directed in the Plan of Care Monitoring and supporting healthcare needs, including providing medication reminders Encouraging clients to maintain or regain independence whenever possible Promoting mental stimulation through engagement in activities and conversation Accurately and promptly documenting client activities, mood, challenges, and other relevant information Reporting any changes in client condition or home environment to the immediate supervisor Attending in-service training sessions as required by state and federal regulations Competitive rates Weekly Pay Rewards & Recognition (Referral Bonuses, 'Caregiver of the Month', etc.) PSL

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior care or related healthcare setting
- Current CPR certification
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and any additional screenings as required
- Two verifiable professional references
- Must maintain all required certifications, training, and comply with company and state regulations for employment
- Reliable transportation to attend assigned patient visits
