As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving position, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do : Monitor and respond to incoming calls, alarms, and / or radio communications at a commercial real estate location, following site-specific protocols. Dispatch security-related personnel to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document and report all activities, incidents, and dispatches according to Allied Universal and site requirements. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying authorization as needed. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by addressing inquiries and concerns. Communicate clearly and professionally with on-site teams, emergency responders, and management as required. Support Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed. Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activity through attentive monitoring and timely dispatch actions. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
