About the Role : Assistant Teacher

The Assistant Teacher plays a vital role in our classrooms, supporting the Lead Teacher and Director in creating a safe, nurturing environment for our children. Youll assist in planning and implementing activities that promote growth, discovery, and joyful learning. This is your chance to join a supportive team where your contributions make a real difference.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with the Lead Teacher to implement engaging, hands-on curricula.
• Plan and lead activities that spark creativity, curiosity, and intellectual growth.
• Foster a welcoming and fun classroom environment where children feel safe and inspired.
• Keep the classroom organized, clean, and full of exciting materials for exploration.
• Build strong relationships with children and families through open communication.
• Model positive behavior to encourage self-help skills and good hygiene.
• Ensure smooth daily transitions between home and the center.
• Stay current with professional development to ensure best practices.
