Senior Accountant
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to manage and oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, invoicing, and payments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across entities. The ideal candidate will also lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to special projects that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic goals. This position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- Master's degree or CPA license (strongly preferred)
Work Experiences :
5+ years of progressive accounting experienceAdvanced knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and financial controlsExperience with large ERP systems and complex financial analysisRetail inventory accounting experience preferredSkills :

Serve as a subject matter expert on accounting policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including SOX requirementsOwn and lead complex financial processes such as month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvementLead analytical reviews of financial statements and operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvementtranslating data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-makingPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements and operational metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-makingOwn end-to-end accountability for process enhancements and automation initiatives, proactively resolving issues and anticipating risks to optimize workflowsOversee special projects and strategic initiativesLead cross-functional meetings by serving as a key liaison with auditors and business partners to align financial processes and ensure transparencyUphold confidentiality and integrity of financial reportingResponsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive and may evolve over time to meet departmental needsPhysical Requirements & Attendance :
