As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol in High Point, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to create a secure environment by conducting routine patrols throughout a bustling retail location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents and provide reassurance to guests and staff. You will deliver exceptional customer service, respond to incidents as needed, and communicate clearly with both the public and your team. What You’ll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
