Route Service Sales Representative - Cleanroom (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description

Cintasis seeks a Route Service Sales Representative – Cleanroom. Responsibilities include providing service to a set customer base through pickup and delivery of specialized products to controlled business environments such as the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and food processing industries; driving a company-owned truck to and from numerous customer stops throughout the day; lifting, carrying and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts; responding to customer inquiries and requests, pro-active problem solving; growing the existing route through sales of additional items from our product line and catalog to current customers. Specific routes and customers are assigned to build rapport between the RSSR and the customers serviced. Geographic route coverage is extensive and often includes customers in numerous states. Overnight travel is usually required, typically one–two nights per week.

Skills / Qualifications

• Ability to travel overnight one-two nights per week
• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• A high school diploma, GED or military service
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals
• A positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit
