Location : Parkside at South Tryon Apartments; Charlotte, NC

Schedule : Full-Time; Monday-Friday; Weekend availability required

Salary : $78,000-$80,000, based on certifications and experience

Incentives : Quarterly performance-based bonus program

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in market rate, multi-family property management, with proven skills in budgeting, financial analysis, leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Tech-savvy, with experience in property management software (Yardi a plus).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Physical ability to perform essential functions (walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs., etc.).
• CAM or CPM certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation for local job-related travel.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends, as needed.

Parkside at South Tryon Apartments is seeking a dynamic, experienced Property Manger to oversee the daily operations and overall performance of our 300-unit apartment community.
