Senior Business Analyst - Claims

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the business analyst team's activities on IT projects and mentor newer team members

Facilitate client meetings to gather requirements and document potential solutions

Create test scenarios and plans, analyze testing results, and ensure client requirements are met

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, preferably in Health Care / Health Insurance

Strong background in Medicaid and claim processing

Experience with project and change management tools

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and waterfall methodology

Experience in implementing benefit plan configuration updates in Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS)
