Napa Bistro & Wine Bar at Stonecrest is looking for a skilled and passionate Grill Cook to bring bold flavors and sizzling energy to our kitchen. If you love working the grill, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in perfectly cooked dishes, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Mastering the grill to prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and sandwiches to perfection
  • Prepping and marinating ingredients to ensure every dish is flavorful and fresh
  • Ensuring every plate meets our high standards for taste, temperature, and presentation
  • Coordinating with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and timely
  • Keeping your station clean, organized, and up to food safety standards
  • Staying up-to-date on our menu and daily specials so you can answer questions or accommodate requests
  • Monitoring inventory and communicating supply needs to the kitchen manager
  • Pitching in wherever needed—whether it’s plating, prep, or helping teammates
