5-8 years training development and program coordination experience. Adult education and technical training experience. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Science, or related field. Strong presentation and training delivery skills. Experience with adult learning principles and training design. Proficiency in multimedia presentation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Event planning and coordination experience. Understanding of environmental compliance requirements.
