What You'll Do
As an Agent in Training , you’ll :
Prospect new clients through outbound calling, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals
Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
Sell and cross-sell products to hit monthly production goals
Follow up on open quotes and warm leads provided by the agency
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Stay organized using CRM tools and ensure policy documents and records are accurate
Actively participate in training sessions, team meetings, and growth initiatives
What You Bring
The ideal Agent in Training is enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and coachable. We’re looking for candidates with :
At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfort with outbound calls, digital communication, and in-person interactions
A results-driven mindset and commitment to professional growth
Ability to learn insurance products, systems, and compliance quickly
Property & Casualty and / or Life license preferred (or willingness to become licensed)
Fluency in a second language is a plus
