Advanced Practitioner (ARNP / PA-C)

Salary Range : $115,000 - $145,000 / yr + RVU Incentive Bonus (Higher range available for highly experienced candidates)

Requirements to apply :

• Active Washington State licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C).
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) if PA-C.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in a family practice setting highly desirable.

Job Overview : The Advanced Practitioner delivers an expanded level of healthcare, blending traditional medical responsibilities with the autonomy of advanced clinical decision-making. Working under the guidance of a Physician Preceptor and within established medical guidelines, this role provides primary, acute, chronic, and emergency care aimed at restoring and maintaining optimal patient health.
