Description
Showers are a critical part of the caring and healing process for our residents and a chance to treat them with gentleness and dignity. We hear from residents all the time about how important this is to them and makes them feel better!
$1.00 additional differential per hour for full time PCA's
Responsibilities :
- Showering / Bathing
- Assistance with transferring / lifting
- Following all tasks as assigned by licensed nurse
- Maintain a calm, reassuring presence to reduce anxiety and promote trust during bathing routines
- Ensure proper infection control and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
