Job Summary :

The Installation Manager is the business line leader for the HVAC installation division, accountable for driving departmental growth, operational excellence, and profitability. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, managing daily operations while also contributing to long-term planning, staffing, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep HVAC expertise and strong business acumen.
