Community Relations Director – Home Care (Richardson, TX)

This role is for a sales-focused leader who thrives on building referral relationships, signing up new clients and managing those relationships for long-term growth. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your own book of business, backed by a proven playbook, a dedicated operations team and 10+ years of local success.

What You’ll Do
Spend ~80% of your time marketing and selling in the community.Build referral partnerships with hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities and other sources.Own the client relationship — you are their advisor, from first meeting through ongoing care.Grow client hours by listening, identifying needs and ensuring we’re always delivering superior experiences.Proactively connect with clients and families each week to strengthen trust, support evolving needs and keep relationships thriving.Collaborate with our Operations team (scheduling, recruiting, caregiver management) so you can stay focused on clients, accounts and growth.About Us
