Administrative Support Role
Key Responsibilities : Provide direct administrative support to the Manager, including scheduling, email correspondence, and handling confidential information. Perform bookkeeping tasks, manage accounts payable / receivable, and assist with financial reporting using QuickBooks. Prepare and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation. Handle Microsoft Office Suite for tasks including document preparation, data entry, and file management. Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining a positive company image. Ensure that office operations are efficient and adhere to company policies. Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications : Experience : At least 2 years in an administrative support role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Software Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and QuickBooks is required. Bookkeeping : Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial principles. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills to professionally interact with clients and team members. Organization : High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Professionalism : Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate reliability and punctuality. Personality : Friendly, personable, and approachable, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Credit Requirement : A solid credit score is necessary due to the role's responsibilities in handling financial data.
