Our client is a globally scaling consumer brand in the health and wellness space, with a decade of impact and a rapidly expanding product portfolio. Headquartered in New York, the company is now seeking a transformative Chief Brand Officer to lead brand strategy, creative direction, and global resonance at scale.
This is a senior executive role within a high-growth organization that’s already earned consumer trust and market traction. You’ll oversee a global team of 30 brand, content, and design professionals, and serve as the strategic architect of a brand that’s ready to go from admired to iconic.
What You’ll Lead
- Development and execution of a long-term brand vision that aligns with business goals and global relevance
- Creative direction across all consumer touchpoints—digital, retail, packaging, partnerships, and experiential
- Brand architecture and portfolio positioning across a multi-product ecosystem
- Global campaign strategy and performance optimization across U.S., EMEA, and APAC markets
- Leadership and mentorship of a 30-person brand team distributed across key global hubs
- Strategic communications and reputation management during high-stakes moments
- Executive storytelling and brand representation in investor decks, media, and public forums
- Cross-functional alignment with product, growth, and CX to ensure brand-led decision-making
- Brand governance and integrity—ensuring consistency, resonance, and trust across every market
