About the Role :
As a Registered Nurse within our Neurosurgical Unit, you will :
- Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient safety and care.
- Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support the best possible patient outcomes.
- Engage in patient and family education to enhance the overall care experience.
Responsibilities Include :
- Assessing patient needs and planning individualized care interventions.
- Recognizing changes in patient condition and adapting care plans accordingly.
- Coordinating discharge plans with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Implementing safety measures and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
- Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
- At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
