Hours per Week : 36

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000

About the Role :

As a Registered Nurse within our Neurosurgical Unit, you will :

• Deliver and coordinate evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient safety and care.
• Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to support the best possible patient outcomes.
• Engage in patient and family education to enhance the overall care experience.

Responsibilities Include :

• Assessing patient needs and planning individualized care interventions.
• Recognizing changes in patient condition and adapting care plans accordingly.
• Coordinating discharge plans with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Implementing safety measures and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
• Completion of an accredited Nursing program.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience is preferred.
