Corporate Transactional Attorney

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Corporate / Commercial Transactional Attorney to join our expanding legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional with 5-10 years of experience in corporate and transactional law to play a pivotal role in our firm. The successful attorney will be instrumental in guiding our clients through a variety of complex business transactional matters, providing strategic counsel, and ensuring the successful execution of their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing all phases of corporate and transactional deals, including heavy work with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital financing.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of legal documents, such as asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, and partnership agreements.
  • Conducting comprehensive due diligence and preparing detailed reports to identify legal and business risks.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, offering clear and concise legal advice on complex transactional issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including financial advisors and accountants, to ensure seamless deal execution.

Qualifications

We are looking for an attorney who possesses a strong command of commercial / corporate mergers & acquisitions along with good law knowledge and a proven track record in transactional practice. Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active license in Florida.
