Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Systems Business Administrator
Essential Duties :
Document and analyze system requirements by engaging with key stakeholders and technical leads.
Assess prioritization of system enhancements and identify business needs to optimize technology and processes.
Provide support and oversight during system design phases, including data migration, cleansing, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and distribute training materials and formal guidelines to educate users about the system's impact on workflows.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Proven expertise with Veeva Vault RIM suite or similar software systems.
Experience with eCTD publishing solutions is required.
Skilled in gathering and documenting user requirements to translate them into system enhancement requests.
Strong background in system training and documentation development.
