A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to manage the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and bid opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end RFx response process, ensuring high-quality submissions
Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams and manage opportunity intake and evaluation
Develop and manage proposal plans, timelines, and compliance with submission requirements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in proposal management or related roles
Ability to write clear and compelling proposal responses
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather proposal content
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple proposals and deadlines
Proficiency in proposal management tools to enhance efficiency
