Your Role at Nutrient...

As our Assistant Controller, you'll work closely with the Controller to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financials. You'll approve journal entries and vendor bills, support multi-entity consolidations, and help prepare the company for audits. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment. This role will act as a senior reviewer and process owner across functions.

What You'll Work On...

• Review and approve journal entries and vendor bills for accuracy and proper classification
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency monthly close and consolidation
• Prepare and maintain schedules for audit and tax support
• Assist with GAAP compliance and technical accounting research as needed
• Partner with the Controller to streamline close processes and improve internal controls
• Collaborate with FP&A, HR, and other teams to support cross-functional finance initiatives
• Participate in system improvements and automations (NetSuite, Rippling, etc.)
