Director of Architecture – Healthcare (Licensed Architect Required)

Location : [Dallas, TX]

Are you a licensed Architect with deep expertise in healthcare design — especially surgical suites? We’re looking for a visionary Director of Architecture to lead a small, high‑impact design team at a growing firm that specializes in healthcare facility renovations and new construction.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead and mentor a small architecture team through all phases of healthcare projects, with a strong focus on surgical, hybrid, and clinical environments
  • Oversee design, technical work, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and medical partners
  • Uphold quality, compliance, and innovation across projects from concept through turnover
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with leadership to define strategy, business growth, and design standards
  • Represent the firm in healthcare, medical, and architectural networks

What We’re Looking For :

  • Licensed Architect (required)
  • Extensive experience in healthcare architecture, especially surgical suites and complex clinical environments
  • Proven track record of leading small teams and managing project portfolios
  • Strong technical competence, with experience in Revit, detailing, code compliance, and construction documentation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills
