We are looking for individuals to work a flexible schedule, with options for both full-time and part-time hours.

What You Will Do :

• Review and process AP invoices and monthly subcontractor pay request
• Prepare monthly owner billings
• Reconcile, audit and forecast for internal monthly cost reports
• Resolve various accounting and contract insurance issues
• Maintain and monitor job files and document control
• Review and audit reconciliations
• Prepare various accounting reports
• Audit monthly state use tax returns
