We are currently seeking a BCBA to join our team! Our BCBAs are responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients in this community, providing training and mentorship to developing RBTs, and coordinating / collaborating with parents, schools, and community members. CAC has a unique structure that ensures BCBAs get to maintain small caseloads, have access a wide variety of collaborative professionals and diverse clientele, and provides opportunities to integrate your specialized skills in innovative and distinct ways.

We are looking for candidates who :

• Hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree and BCBA certification (Required)
• Have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for at least two year
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and adults alike
• A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• A lifelong passion for learning, and a desire to serve underserved communities
• Valid driver's license, current insurance, MVR record, and background check
