• Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts with 1 - 2 weekday calls and 1 weekend per month
• Average 1 surgery per day
• 100% hospital-based practice
• Patient mix : 95% pediatric, 4% neonate, 1% adult
• Expertise in open CV / thoracic surgery and coronary artery bypass required
• Experience with congenital defects, valvular repair, and aneurysm repair needed
• PALS and APLS certification required
