$220-$250K base with uncapped monthly bonus.

$30K retention bonus!

4 wks PTO; 1 wk CME w / $3,000 stipend; 6 paid Holidays on top of PTO.

PCPs are expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice.

• Clinic Hours are Monday Friday 7 : 30-5 with administrative time
• After hours call service
• patients per day (pending complexity)
• Laboratory services on-site
• State-of-the-art technology with integrated EMR and electronic prescribing
• No admitting; No nights
