Position Responsibilities

• Do preventive maintenance on the irrigation system (Wet Checks).
• During wet checks repair system, fix clogged heads, trim around valve boxes; replace broken valve boxes, straighten sprinkler heads. Make sure heads are flush mounted where applicable.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of 1000 GPM pump station twice annually.
• Clean up responsibilities after a repair, rake, sweep, blow area so the area looks undisrupted.
• Participate in special projects to be determined by department manager.
• Execute work orders.
• Other duties as assigned by Grounds Manager.
