We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clinic runs smoothly and that our patients receive top-notch service. If you're passionate about helping others and excited about our mission, we want to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Answering phone calls and greeting patients as they enter the clinic
• Scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic's appointment calendar
• Explaining fees to patients and handling payments
• Performing data entry in our clinic's computer systems
• Describing and processing payments for products available for purchase
• Keeping patient files up-to-date, entering charges, and processing payments
• Assisting chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
• Verifying insurance and billing
