Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

Structure, draft, negotiate, and review various commercial agreements

Advise on and ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Create and maintain standard templates and internal policies to support business scaling

Required Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in a commercial department of a law firm or a SaaS company

Strong understanding of commercial transactions, including licensing and NDAs

In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly GDPR

Business-oriented mindset focused on achieving commercial objectives

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
