Surgical Services Nurse Manager (Michigan)

A Healthlinx client is in urgent need of nurse Manager to oversee their Surgical Services team! The Manager of Surgical Services oversees the Operating Room (OR), Pre- / Post-Operative, and Sterile Processing teams within a collaborative, community-focused hospital environment. This role ensures efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and strong team engagement.

Department Description :

Beds & Volume : Department functions similarly to an Ambulatory Surgery Center, with most cases being outpatient and all cases scheduled.

Facilities : 2 Operating Rooms.

2530 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs).
