Are you a financial services professional with a passion for client success and loan operations? A fast-growing private lending firm in Fresno is hiring a Client Experience & Loan Operations Manager to lead borrower engagement and streamline loan processes, and they’re looking to hire IMMEDIATELY!

This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals from banking, mortgage, lending, or fintech who understand loan processes and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Own borrower relationships from onboarding to post-funding
• Manage loan pipelines, documentation, and closing coordination
• Resolve client issues with speed and professionalism
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and sales teams
• Improve turnaround times and client satisfaction metrics
• Contribute to SOPs and automation initiatives
• Drive client retention and referral growth
