A company is looking for a Child Welfare Subject Matter Expert- Permanency.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain professional expertise in child welfare and share relevant trends and practices with staff and clients
Ensure technical assistance (T / TA) activities meet contractual obligations and manage the design and delivery of T / TA
Collaborate with other experts to identify T / TA needs and contribute to the preparation of written deliverables
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field
At least 15 years of relevant work experience in child welfare
Demonstrated expertise in public child welfare practices and federal permanency goals
Experience working in permanency programs within a public child welfare agency
Ability to analyze data and trends to support effective interventions and service delivery
