Gtm Recruiter
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented GTM Recruiter to join our talent team! You'll be responsible for hiring top talent in sales, marketing, business development, customer success, and operations to support our GTM strategy. This role blends autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong collaboration. You'll report into our Head of Talent and be based in San Francisco, with a hybrid schedule (MonWed in-office).
You'll be responsible for :
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for GTM and G&A rolesincluding sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership on hiring strategies, market insights, and organizational needs.
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates, leveraging tools and creative outreach.
- Maintaining a strong sense of urgency, thoroughness, and efficiency, aligning with LILT's "Quicker than they expect" and "Quality is Job 1" virtues.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers, People Ops, and the CPO to ensure seamless, high-quality candidate experiences.
- Refining and optimizing recruiting workflows, candidate feedback loops, and data tracking to improve performance and decision-making.

Hands-on experience using Ashby ATS or a similar modern recruiting platform.Prior experience recruiting in AI, machine learning, or localization / translation tech sectors.Familiarity with human-in-the-loop AI workflows or global tech hiring nuances.Our founders, Spence and John met at Google working on Google Translate.
