About the Role

We're hiring Senior Product Designers to help shape a next-generation AI-powered creative platform for marketers.

You'll own complex design workflows end-to-end, building intuitive, interconnected product experiences that help marketing teams move faster and make better decisions.

You'll join a fast-moving startup backed by Accel, working directly with engineering and product leadership to define the design culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of core platform experiences - from early discovery through high-fidelity UI and final implementation.
• Conduct user and competitive research to identify product gaps and inform design strategy.
• Partner closely with engineers, the founding designer, and the CEO to translate ideas into seamless, high-impact features.
• Optimize UX across analytics, workflow, and collaboration tools for marketers.
• Build and evolve a unified design system ensuring visual and functional consistency.
• Embed AI-driven experiences such as smart recommendations, auto-tagging, and creative insights.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.
