As a Warehouse Team Lead at Caterpillar, you will be responsible for helping the team provide service to the production floor. The Team Lead is a working member of the team. This position leads and supports a team of 5 to 10 people. The role of the team lead is to help team members be successful at meeting safety requirements, quality levels, takt time requirements and performance goals.

This shift is from 8 : 00p-6 : 00a Monday-Thursday. Starting pay for this role is $22.35 + $1.00 shift premium.

Basic qualifications :

Minimum of 1 warehouse and / or manufacturing experience
