Your Opportunity As the Washington Water Growth Leader, you will drive the growth of our Water practice in Washington State. You will lead business development, client engagement, and project delivery, working closely with local and regional leaders. This is a high-impact role for a dynamic leader who thrives on building relationships, inspiring teams, and delivering exceptional results.

Pay Range : Locations in WA, DC & Various CA, MA areas-$190,500.00 - $295,200.00 Annually
Pay Transparency : In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
