A top-tier Texas law firm is seeking a Construction Attorney to join its Houston office. This is a partnership-track role with a firm that has built a strong name in construction law. You'll join a collaborative team that values client service, results, and professional growth.

What You’ll Do :

Handle a wide range of construction litigation, including contract disputes, defects, and mechanics’ liens

Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

Take and defend depositions; appear in hearings, mediations, and trials

Advise clients on legal strategy, risk, and compliance

Work closely with a team of experienced litigators

What We’re Looking For :

Licensed to practice in Texas

2–10 years of construction litigation experience

Board certified is a plus

Strong writing and research skills

A book of business is a bonus, but not required
