Position Overview

The Director of Emergency Services & Short Stay Observation Unit (ED & SSOU) provides strategic and operational leadership for Emergency and Observation services. This role ensures delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while fostering high-performing, collaborative, and engaged teams.

This is a working leadership role — the Director must be willing and able to step in and support clinical staffing when necessary. Visibility and presence across all shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) is essential.
