Job Title : Private Equity Associate

Job Summary

We are working with a PE firm looking for a highly motivated and talented individual to join their team as a Private Equity Associate. Our client is a leading middle-market private equity firm with $700M AUM , investing out of Fund II and preparing to raise Fund III . The firm focuses on founder-led businesses in consumer and business services, typically with EBITDA of $4-$5M . Deal teams are lean and collaborative, providing Associates with meaningful exposure across all aspects of the transaction.

2 years of investment banking experience required

Ideal Candidate

• Experience : 2 years in Investment Banking (regional firms preferred)
• Sector Exposure : Generalist background in consumer, business services, or industrials.
• Education : Strong GPA required
• Mindset : Investor mentality, proactive, high integrity, strategic thinker. Passion for investing demonstrated through personal or academic involvement.
